1 box cherry chip cake mix
1 stick butter or margarine
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 container cherry frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat dry cake mix and butter on low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup and set aside. Press remaining crumbly mixture in bottom of ungreased 13”x9” pan. In same bowl used for crumbly mixture, beat cream cheese and frosting on medium speed until smooth. Beat in eggs until smooth. Pour over crumbly mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup reserve mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
