GREEK CHICKEN

chicken breasts, halved
salt
pepper
oregano
garlic salt
flour
Sauce:
Chicken broth
equal parts oil and butter
paprika
lemon juice
salt
pepper

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic salt and flour. Fry both sides of breasts. Place chicken, bone side up in baking dish. Mix together sauce ingredients and pan scrapings from sautéed chicken breasts. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees, turning chicken halfway through cooking. Serve over rice with juices from roasting pan.
