HO-HO CAKE

1 fudge cake mix
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 stick oleo, softened
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 cup granulated sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
1 egg
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons hot water

Mix cake mix as directed on box and put into a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 or 11 x 17 greased and floured cookie baking sheet. Bake for 13-16 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
White frosting: Heat 5 tablespoons flour and 1 1/4 cups milk until thickened. Let cool in refrigerator. Beat 1 softened stick of oleo, 1 1/2 cups shortening and 1 cup granulated sugar for 8 minutes. Add cooled flour and milk mixture. Beat until well mixed, spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
Chocolate frosting: Mix 1 stick melted oleo that has cooled with 1 egg. Beat by hand. Melt 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate and add to egg mixture. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons hot water to smooth consistency. Pour over white frosting. Refrigerate until serving.
