1 pound kielbasa, sliced bite size
1 large jar sauerkraut
10 slices bacon, fried and chopped
2 potatoes, boiled and chopped bite size
1 large onion, diced
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Fry bacon till crisp. Drain on paper towel. Dispose of grease. Drain, rinse, squeeze out water and put sauerkraut in pan. Cover with water and boil for 15 minutes. Drain, rinse, squeeze out water and put in crock pot. In bacon frying pan, melt butter and saute diced onion, scraping bacon bits off bottom. Stir in brown sugar. Add kielbasa, bacon bits, diced potatoes and onion mixture to sauerkraut. Mix together. Cook on high 2 hours or roast in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
